DAP CONSULTANCY SERVICES has interview panel in all Technical skills. All potential resumes after screening from HR department is sent to our technical panel. HR department does the screening of the candidates based on the project & Technical skills specification sent by the client. We have a system in place to ensure that our client’s needs are met precisely.

HR Interview
HR department processes the profiles shortlisted from the technical interview and we check on the following attributes before sending the profile to the client.

Reference Check
We do minimum two reference checks for all the shortlisted profiles on the project the candidate has worked on so that we send
the right profile to our clients.
